Any and all feedback, reviews & suggestions provided by You is property of Our Company, therefore We are allowed to use any or all the information provided by You as we see please without consent and without compensation.

Accounts

All accounts that You create are strictly governed by Our privacy policy. We do not have access to your password and therefore cannot provide you with the password if you have forgotten it. You will need to reset Your account in the event that you are not able to access Your Account.

Products, Items & Services

All products, items, Services and information will strictly adhere to the following:

  • Will not be used for any illegal purposes (Please check with legal adviser before such uses).
  • Will not be on sold to a 3rd party, and in the instance that it is all legal obligation that We have are absolved.
  • If there are illegal uses for some of Our products, items & Services, they are sold with the intention that You will not use them for any illegal purposes. In the instance that it is used for illegal purposes then all legal responsibility fall to You.
  • We do not knowingly provide misinformation and in the instance that misinformation is provided it is solely due to inaccurate sources that have provided that information, therefore We will not be held responsible for such acts, and You should do Your own due diligence and research before you purchase.
  • Should not be used for 3rd parties who have not agreed to Our Terms & Conditions. In the instance that it is then any 3rd parties will only seek responsibility with You rather than Us. Additionally any support provided is only for You and not any 3rd parties.

General

Store Front

We are purely an online store and we do not have a store front available.

Safe To Shop

Our Website is encrypted with the highest level of encryption as what banking institutes use, therefore you can rest assured that Your information is secure and Your shopping experience is safe.

Currency

All products, items and Services are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Photos & Videos

All images, photos and videos of our products, items and Services are for illustrations only. The actual product, item and Service may differ slightly when You receive it.

Shipping

Origin Location

All products, items and Services are located in Australia and shipped from Australia. You will never receive anything that comes directly from overseas to You.

Orders & Courier

All orders will carry a 1 day processing time before they are prepared for shipment & delivery. For all orders over $50 the courier that is used is Our own discretion.

Delivery Time

A general guideline on delivery times for most couriers are:

  • Regular/Registered: 3 to 7 business days (excludes weekends & holidays)
  • Express: 1 to 4 business days (excludes weekends & holidays)

Missing Order

After contacting us and after the additional 2-4 working days have past at the end of the delivery time frame we will contact the courier company and begin an investigation. The steps of the investigation is as follows:

  1. The courier company will attempt to find the missing parcel/letter, this can take 6-10 working days. (We CAN NOT send out a replacement until the investigation is finished).
  2. If the parcel/letter is found they will forward it onto the address.
  3. If the parcel/letter is not found, it will be deemed lost and any compensation will be refunded within 2-3 working days.

Damaged Parcel/Letter

When you receive the parcel/letter and it looks damaged you can refuse to sign/accept it from the courier. The policy for courier companies is if you sign/accept the parcel/letter you are happy with the condition that it arrived in. Any damages to the parcel/letter later could have been caused by You and not them.

So when receiving the parcel/letter make sure there are no damages before you sign/accept it. If there is damage then take photos of the parcel/letter and refuse to sign/accept it. Then contact us with your order number, attached photos and give us a brief description of what happened. We CAN NOT send out replacements until the matter is settled.

Warranty, Returns, Exchanges Or Refunds

Warranty

All products and items have 6 month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on each individual product page. Warranty only covers manufacturer defects and does not cover misuse of the product or item for its intended purpose(s). Services have no warranty and a service fee will apply each time. 

Cancellations

We ship orders on a daily basis if you wish to cancel your order contact us with your order number immediately.

If your order has already shipped out then we can only give you a refund once we receive the order back in our hands in the same condition as when it left, and You would be responsible for covering the freight expenses both ways.

Returns

When returning Your order all products and items must be in their original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the freight to return the order. You must send the order back to:

Exchanges

We will only offer an exchange once ALL the following conditions are met:

  • Contact us first with your order number.
  • The product(s) and item(s) are returned in their original condition and have not been used.
  • You are responsible for the return freight charges.
  • The product(s) and item(s) must arrive back to us no exception. If the parcel/letter gets lost or damaged on the way back We will not offer You an exchange.

The exchange value will be the value of the product(s) and item(s). None of the postage fees will be added to the exchange value.

Please note that reasons such as:

  • The product(s) and item(s) is too hard to use.
  • The product(s) and item(s) is no as I expected.
  • The product(s) and item(s) is…etc etc

will NOT be accepted, plus it conflicts with the NOT BEEN USED clause.

Refunds

We will only offer a refund once ALL the following conditions are met:

  • Contact us first with your order number.
  • The product(s) are returned in their original condition and have not been used.
  • You are responsible for the return postage charges.
  • The product(s) must arrive back to us no exception. If the parcel/letter gets lost or damaged on the way back we will not offer you a refund.

The refund value will be the value of the product(s). None of the postage fees will be added to the refund value.

Please note that reasons such as:

  • The product(s) is too hard to use.
  • The product(s) is no as I expected.
  • The product(s) is…etc etc

will NOT be accepted, plus it conflicts with the NOT BEEN USED clause.

Dead On Arrival (DOA)/Faulty

This very rarely happens but if you find that your order is DOA then please do the following:

  • Contact us first with your order number.
  • The product(s) are returned in their original condition.
  • You are responsible for the return postage charges.
  • The product(s) must arrive back to us no exception. If the parcel/letter gets lost or damaged on the way back we will not offer you an exchange.

Once our technicians have examined the product(s) and determined that it is DOA we will contact you to offer you an replacement, exchange or refund. None of the postage fees will be added to the value.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Changes to this Terms & Conditions

We may update Our Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Terms & Conditions.
